Cash Refunds

We want to inform our customers that we do not offer cash refunds for products purchased at ValTherm.. We believe that exchanges and in-store credits are more suitable solutions to meet your needs.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange the product for an item of equal or greater value. To be eligible for an exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and free from damage.
  • Original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In-Store Credits

If you prefer, we also offer the option to receive an in-store credit equivalent to the amount of your initial purchase. This credit can be used for future purchases at ValTherm.. To avail of this option, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
  • All items such as manuals, accessories, and packaging must be returned.
  • The in-store credit request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Our team will assess the condition of the product and ensure it meets the return criteria outlined above.
  • Once the product is accepted, you can choose between an exchange or an in-store credit, in accordance with our policies.

Exceptions

Certain exceptions may apply, including for damaged products, clearance items, or products sold as “final sale.” Please check specific conditions at the time of purchase.
